Pumpkin Patch & Freebie

The Girls had field trips at school today and yesterday. They went to the Pumpkin Patch. Barney went yesterday with Trinity and I went to today with Novalee. Barney had a blast and said that the field trip didn't last long enough! lol Too cute. I got comments from other parents on how good he is with the kids, not just ours. Apparently he played with all the kids in Trinity's classs and the other parents there thought it was really cute. :) Trinity told Barney that her pumpkin was a Cinderella Pumpkin. It had to stay at school for a school lesson but she should be able to bring it home soon. She showed to me this morning and was very proud of it.

Novalee told Barney this Morning that she was nervous about the field trip but she had alot of fun. I met her there and drove there on a school bus for the first time. She said it was fun and it bounced her around alot. lol Her favorite part of of the whole thing was the petting the goats. I think I need to take her again to the Zoo again to see their petting Zoo. :)

Last week at Bumper Buddies I took some pictures. They have a blast and we have fun watching them. Novalee is getting better and better. She is getting less and less balls stuck in the middle. lol We went again today. :)

Barney's Birthday is coming up on the 22nd I'm trying to figure out what to do for him. I asked him and all he said he wanted to do was to go bowling. Hmmmm. I guess that is where we should go then huh? lol Barney is weird, once he likes something he does it over and over and over and over until he is sick of it. Then he waits a year or so and starts doing it again until he is sick of it. lol Whatever floats his boat and turns him purple I guess.

A Long Update, Freebie, & New Group

So It's been a REALLY long time since I posted here. I'm sure no one even come here to check my blog anymore. I got out of the habit of posting here and scrapping over the summer. My girls were out of school and that left me with very little amount of time to do anything for myself or that enjoyed. That's life though, one moment your super busy and the next you have nothing to do.

My girls are now back in school. I can hardly believe that my Trinity started Kindergarten this year! She is learning to read and starting to write alot more. Her teacher is wonderful and a big part of why we decided on private school this year. She loves school and get to go on a field trip once a month. Last month they went to the Library and got to get their very own library card. They got to borrow a book and do a craft too. Aftwards they went to Jack In The Box for lunch and then they walked back to school. Trinity loved it but I think her favorite part was getting to eat at Jack In Box with all her friends.

The other day Novalee got really mad at me. She was upset because it was Tuesday and she didn't have school that day. She started whining and talking about wanting to go every day. It was really cute but not going to happen this year. Next year she will be in the pre-kindergarten class and she will go everyday, until them Mommy is going to hang onto her baby as long as she can.

Two weeks ago I also sign the girls up for bumper buddies aka bowling league for kids.. It costs $5 a week along with a one time reg fee of $10. The girls have only done it once but they really seem to enjoy bowling and hvae alot of fun. I think Trinity likes it more but only because she is older. If they want to keep going after this session then I plan on signing up again.

Barney and I have started to go on weekly dates again. So far we have gone on 3. Guess what Barney choose to do? Bowling. Twice. Yup. He seems to be pretty good it and he also really enjoys it. I had fun too but after 45mins or an hour and my arthritis starts acting up making it hard for me to bowl very good at all. I end up throwing the ball down the lane or doing granny style and pushing it. I still enjoy myself though so I'm sure we will go again, I just need to buy a wrist guard so my hand doesnt hurt so much by the end of it. This last Saturday we went to Dave & Busters. Had alot of fun but it was tooo crowded.

Poor Trinity missed PERK on Friday. Perk is kind of like an exercise Class. She absolutely loves it. She started acting weird the night before while we were at Chuck-E-Cheese with a kid and mom from their school. The next morning she threw up all over herself and me. :( Ewwwww. Poor Kid. She is fine now and going to school today so she should get to go to her Field Trip tomo also. Barney will be going with her. She is super excited. They are going to the Pumpkin Patch. Novalee will be going on Wednesday with her school and I'll be tagging along with her.

On Friday I got an email from my mom at 2am. That is REALLY late for her. She was emailing me about one of my older brothers. He was/is in the hospital due to a heart problem his doctor found. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Also keep his Wife in there too, she is about to have her baby and this has to be very scarey for them.

Morning

6:20am-I've been so bad at writing here. I'm sorry. I know not many people read this blog but still I do it for myself too. This weekend was great. We went to the Zoo on Saturday. I got alot of cute pictures of my girls. Even got some good ones of me. We went on the "bus" around the zoo and spent some time in the chirldren's zoo area too. Yesterday we went to my kids clubhouse. It's basically a huge indoor play place. My kids love it and so do I. They make it so the parents can pretty much go on everything with the kids. :) It makes me feel like a kid again and who doesnt love that!

I have also been working on my website. I totally changed it's look and now I'm trying to add the rest of my creations to it. On another note, Another reason I have been so quiet is because I'm on a personal/spiritual journey. I finally have the chance to go out and figure out who I am, heal from the past, and look at differant religions and try to figure out what I really believe. Sometimes I feel so lost. There is so many religions out there, and I don't think there is that "magic" one for me. I believe in too many differant things. Anyways, I gotta go get ready for the day I will BBL.

Long Update

So I guess I need to post a major update! :) It's been quite a while since I posted. We left on Friday the 22nd to AZ so I guess that would be the place to start! :) Just a warning though this is going to be a LONG post.

Friday 22nd - We packed the car that morning and then hopped in the car and went and got the girls from school. Grabbed lunch for them and then headed to AZ. It was a rainy day but luckily we didn't get much rain. Thank goodness because traffic and rain combined makes Jamie very nervous from her car accident in April. Anyways, we ended up getting to AZ around 7pm. Ate dinner, hung out and then got the girls to bed. My sister Joy stayed and helped us. We hung out and got to talk. It was great.

Saturday 23rd - Saturday was a good day. We spent all day Hanging out with my Sister's kids while she was at work. After she got off of work we all(gma/gpa/my kids/hubby n i/my sis/my bro/etc) went to see the movie Happy Feet. My hubby and all the kids loved but I honestly never want to watch it again. It wasn't very good. After we grabbed food and headed to my mom's house and ate and hung out until it was time for the kids bedtime. After we got them settled down in bed we got to work helping Santa. Barney and I headed over to my sisters place to watch a movie and help her with Christmas stuffies. We got to talk and hang out more. I really enjoyed it and realized how much I miss having my family near me.

Sunday 24th - Christmas Eve! We spent all day watching my sister's kids while she was at work. We helped them do Christmas crafts and get into the Christmas sprit. My oldest nephew Dennis LOVED making the cards for people. It was so cute. He must have made his mom about 5 cards. He also was a good helper, gotta love 8 yr olds. :) Afterwards we hung out and played and did more crafts while Joy, Mom, and Dad went were getting dinner ready. Once it was ready we all ate. (All 18 of us) Afterwards we sang Christmas songs and read Christmas Stories. And then the part that the kids love best, We open presents from each other. My kids got a ton of stuff. Too much but they had a blast opening it all and being with family. A few thing I got is Godiva Chocolate(drool), Photoshop Elements 5 & Photoshop Elements Premiere 3, turquoise necklace, 2 rings, a book about angels, an angel bookmark, shirt, and some earrings. After we were done we hung out and talked. It was a great day. Once everyone left the girls, Daddy, and I left out cookies for Santa and jumped into bed.

Monday 25th - Christmas Day! The girls slept in until 7 or so until Novalee decided to crawl into bed with mommy. :) We sat in bed playing and tickling each other until Trinity woke up. I asked her "Do you think Santa came?". She smiled the smile that melts my heart and screamed "YES!" lol That woke Daddy up. So we all head out to see what Santa left. The girls were amazed by their stocking and all the presents he left them under the tree. We spent the morning opening presents and playing. Later we had to stop and get ready to go to Grandma's Barbara's house for Christmas Supper. We got the girls in their pretty dresses and headed over there. Supper/Lunch was yummy and we spent the day opening more presents and playing. I got $50 from my MIL since she never knows what to get me and Barney did too. The girls got LOTS of stuff and also got $25. All in all we had an amazing Christmas. I'm grateful that I have so many people who care about about me and my family.

Tuesday 26th - While Barney and the girls headed back to Grandma Barbara's house I had to go shopping for a Bridesmaid dress with my sisters and Mom. It seemed to take forever to find a dress that Julie said ok to. I finally agreed upon a dress that I didn't really like so I could leave the mall. lol It's silver and sparkly and it would be pretty on most women. I think it looks icky on me though. It shows to much cleavage and I think I'm going to feel very uncomfortable in it. They are going to have a jacket made to go with it but still I'm going to be around family and a bunch of Mormons. Eeeeeek. N showing all that cleavage is going to make me feel weird and uncomfortable but I'll do it for my sister since that is the dress she likes. After that we went and saw Julie in her Wedding Dress. She is going to look beautiful....I'm really happy for her but also jealous. She gets to be the beautiful bride I never got to be. My parents also seem to be so proud and happy with her. They are going to paying for a lot at the wedding when they paid for very little at mine. Maybe it's because she is Mormon? Who knows and I'm definitely not going to ask because it can't change what they did in the past. After that Joy and I grabbed Coffee and then got her kids and headed to her place. I got to hang out all evening with her and her kiddos. It was Great. I really got a chance to see them and play with them without my hubby who they love being there to distract them. lol.

Wednesday 27th - Today was a lazy day. We just went over to Gma B's place and hung out and played. It was nice to spend more time with her and Barney's family. I'm pretty lucky when it comes to in-laws, I like all of mine and we all get along. In fact Gma B is one of the major reasons I want to move back to Az. I miss her too. Novalee also had been sick for a few days now. Small cold and a fever that won't seem to go away. If she isn't better soon I'll have to take her to the Doctor. The fever is starting to worry me a lot.

Thursday 28th - Today we Drive home. I hate the drive home. It seems to take forever when you travel with small kids. Although the DVD player we put in the car does help a lot. I just wished we had a bigger car so I could sit in the back with them. It would be ALOT easier to take care of them that way. Once we got home I got everything out of my car. Got the mail and found out that my Scrap bag I ordered came! I wished it was a bit bigger but I still love it. I'm going to try and make some layouts today to put in it and once I do I'll post pictures for you all to see. :)

Friday 29th - Today we got up and went to the Chiro and then headed to Target. We dropped my car off to get a oil change and a car washed and then we walked over to Target to let the girls look around and picked 1 thing out that they could buy with their Christmas money their Gma gave them. Trinity bought her first Brat Doll! ACK! Hide me. lol I've been avoiding buying those. lol. Novalee picked out the movie Any Bully. Afterwards, we went and got my car and headed to Albertsons and got some food n other stuff we needed. It was a nice morning and we got some family time together while doing the errands. During Novalee's nap Trinity and Barney helped me take down Christmas stuff and clean up. Trinity was a GREAT helper and had fun doing it. Novalee slept in late from her nap so I had to go in and wake her. She had a fever again. :( Poor kiddo. I decided to call the doctor. They told me to be there in 10 minutes since it was close to the time they get off work. Well it turned out that Novalee had ear infection. Ouchie. My poor baby. Those are no fun at all. The doctor also saw more fluid behind ears. NOT good. Novalee had tubes put in when she was around 1 because she had thick fluid for months behind her ear drums. The doctor wants to keep a close eye on her ears now. We go back to the doc in 6 weeks for a follow-up. I really hope the fluid clears on it's own. Then he will also check them at her 3 yr old check in March. If the fluid is still there she will more then likely need to have tubes put into her ears again. Ugh. :( Not fun for her or mommy so I really hope it goes away on it's own.

Today - Today has been a lazy day sorta. I'm still cleaning and organizing everything. This morning I went through the drawers and cabinets in my bathroom and threw out ALOT of crap and re-arranged stuff. After I took a long nice hot bath while I read a new book I bought. It's called Peaceful Parents, Peaceful Kids: Practical Ways to Create a Calm and Happy Home. I read the first chapter which is pretty long. I really like this book alot so far. I need to do the exercises in the book later today when I get a moment. Then I went to the store to get coffee and a few things. I also had to call my phone carrier and up my txt messages. I have started using quite a bit since my sister and I have gotten so close. So I had them upped the minutes so I wouldn't get charged up the butt for them. Anyways, I'm off to cuddle with my kiddos and eat some lunch in a bit.

Template Freebie and A Hello

What a extremely busy week. Eeeeek. I try to keep up but it just gets so hard. I have to finish packing for our trip to AZ today. We leave tomo morning. Monday was errand day, after going to the gym I was out and about pretty much all day. Tuesday Novalee was home with me and I found out some bad news. My parents dog has to be put to sleep and my sis-in-law was put into the hospital. Yesterday, I went to the gym, ran errands, and pack some of the girls stuff. Which takes us to today. My head hurts but I gotta try and finish all the packing besides last minute stuff today. I really just wanna go climb in bed and stay there though! lol

I have no new Layouts to share. :( I just haven't had the time to do any. I'm hoping though on the way to AZ that I won't get sick and I'll be able to do a bunch to AZ in the car. Wish me luck. lol

Been a good day today for the most part. I woke up too early and didn't fall asleep until late so I got maybe 4 hours of sleep. Blah. Oh well. Once I got up it got better. My girls got up shortly after I did and I got them dressed and did their hair. Then we headed to get me coffee and want to McDonalds for breakfast. The girls ate hash browns and chocolate milk and then played for at least 45mins while I sat and drank coffee and read a magazine and watched them. Afterwards we head to Great Clips and we all got our hair trimmed. Novalee only got a trim. Trinity got 3 inches cut off, It looks really good though! Much healthier and bouncy and her curls are back. :) I really love her hair at this length and I think I may keep it at that length for now on. I only got a inch cut off on mine. Man I wish my hair would grow faster, I'm getting so annoyed with the two colors that I have almost dyed it black again a few times already. Argh. The only reason I haven't is because Trinity wants Mommy to have blonde hair like hers. lol. :) Anyways, I'm going to get eat lunch while my freebie is uploading and I'll bbl to post it.

Oh, I didnt realize that my blog was set to let only people with blogs leave comments SO I changed the settings and now anyone should be able to leave me comments, so please if you have any probs let me know. :)

Man, I've been so bad about posting here. I've been really busy. The girls had their holiday programs. I've been getting and making christmas presents. Wrapping them, etc. Cleaning. And soon I have to start packing too. Ugh. By the time we get back from AZ I'm going to be SUPER tired. lol. We leave on Friday after the girls get out of school. Then the saturday after we are planing to go to Santa's Theme Park. It will prolly be busy since it's the day before Christmas Eve but my kiddos really wanna go. We are going with my sister and her kids and maybe a few other family members so it should be pretty fun. Today was a good day. I woke up grumpy and with my back hurting but my kids turned the day around for me. After I exercised and went shopping and came home, Novalee napped while Trinity helped wrapped presents and helped put to together little presents for her friends at school. It was so cute and she was so happy do it. Of course she did make herself a little goodie too. LOL :)

Wanna see pics from there holidays programs? Go HERE for Trinity's and HERE for Novalee's. I made little Slide Shows since I took so many pictures. Some of the picture look weird but that was the first time I really used my camera. Plus a bunch of other people were taking pictures too and making everything brighter so I had to fix alot of them too.

So I'm slowly but surely playing catch up. lol I think while I'm in AZ I'll use some time to do more layouts with Quick Pages. :) This is Trinity when she was one. I was watching videos of her today when she was little and I started to cry. I miss those stages so much. I mean don't get me wrong I love the one she is in now but I also miss my little baby. Where did she go? They grow up too fast.

New Toy and Freebie

I'm sorry that I havent been around lately. :( It's been so busy here. Christmas shopping, parties, the normal stuff. It just all adds up to ALOT around this time of year. Trinity is feeling MUCH better. She is still on meds but is no longer in pain. I'm also doing much better. I'm still coughing some but I'm feeling a heck of alot better all around. :)

On another note, my hubby told me to go buy a new camera and I did! I bought the Canon PowerShot Pro Series S3 IS 6MP with 12x Image Stabilized Zoom. It looks VERY cool. Now I just gotta figure everything out. lol But I'm sure that I will get much better pictures then I was getting before. I'll have to post some after I play. This camera is supposed to be the closest dig camera you can get to a digital SLR. I'm sure in a few years I'll want a SLR when I know more about photography but until then I'm learning.

Welps, I gotta go eat lunch n play with my new toy! BBL hopefully to leave comments n snag goodies.

Happy Saturday!

Good Evening. :) It's been a long day. I woke up at 6:30am. The girls were already up so we all got ready to go to the gym. Daddy slept in. I took Turbo kickboxing again. I love that class! :) It uses SO MANY muscles and your constantly working out your core too! Makes ya sweat good. lol. After we headed back home and did the norm. Daddy was up by then too. Trinity spent alot of time playing video games. Mommy finally had to step in and tell Daddy to make her stop unless she was playing her vsmile games. Then I took a nap while my Novalee napped. That was about a hour ago. Since then I helped the girls set up a little people village. Very cute. They are in their room right now playing with it. Mommy had to leave because she kept getting in their way. lol Silly girls.

Oh yes, Pictures of our gingerbread house! I have been forgetting! The girls had a blast making it. We had a disaster happen while making it though. The roof fell off!!! Oppps! It's ok Mommy fixed and as you can see it turned out great.

Quick Post

I got woken up at 3am this morning to Trinity (my 4 yr old) crying. I went into her room and she told me her ear hurt. :( I gave her some tylenol which helped for a little while and sent her back to bed. I got up at 6:30am and found her on the cough laying down holding her ear. So I got her dressed and made her eat breakfast, then I showered and got dressed, and then I got Novalee up and ready. We got into the car and headed to the doctor. The doc said Trinity definitely has a ear infection and gave me a prescription for antibiotics and ear drops for pain. So we had to go get those of course. But now we are home and all pretty tired. So I'm off to eat lunch and rest with my girls before their naps. I hope you guys all got better sleep then I did. lol

Long Day!

I had a very busy and long day today or at least it seemed that way. lol I got up, got the girls and myself ready, took them to school, and then stopped to get coffee. After I headed home and played online for about a hour or so then headed back to the grocery store to have them remake my coffee because it tasted weird. Right after I headed to the doc. She said it didn't look like I had anything too bad but is checking for strep throat since Trinity gets A-typical strep alot. She also gave me antibotics and cough meds and told me to go buy cough drops and musinex(sp?). So I headed to the store again and droped off my prescription and got other stuff too. Once my prescriptions were ready I had to go straight to the girls school to get them. Then we headed home. The girls napped while I ate lunch and watched gilmore girls. Once they got up we all got ready to make the gingerbread house. We finished it and I took ALOT of pics. I'm kinda annoyed with my camera tho. I'm having to fix ALOT of them in PS. Grrrr. I want Santa Clause to bring me a very neat expensive camera. lol I was looking at the lumix. Anyone have any recomendations? There are so many out there that it is hard to decide but I know I need one with a big lens so my pics get more light. Anyways, I'm off to eat Dinner. Hope you guys have a relaxing day. ;)

Good Afternoon

Hey Everyone. Been a busy morning. I did have a little time to play though. :) I made two new Layouts using my freebie for today. I really like how they came out. I need to do a few more for Halloween. We took a TON of pictures of all those cuties.

This morning I was dragging big time. I didn't wake the girls up and let them sleep in some. Big mistake. It just stressed me out because then I had to rush and hurry to do all the morning stuff. After I dropped Trinity off at school, me and Novalee went to the gym. Since I'm still feeling under the weather I only did a 40 min workout. It got real hard around 25 mins into it. I think I should prolly go see the doc. My throat is still hurting and I'm still coughing. It's been a week and a half so at least 10 days. Trinity and Novalee were both sick too. Novalee is getting over whatever she had but Trinity isn't doing so hot. She is feeling alot like Mommy is. :( Poor kid. I hate it when they are sick. Anyways, I need to go eat lunch. Got Sick and We are back from AZ

7:07am- So while we were in AZ I got sick and so did my kids and my hubby. We are coughing n stuffy not good. Blah. I'm still insane tho. I exercised yesterday while sick and will do it again today. I'm just scared about gaining weight. I don't ever want to back to or even near 370 pounds again. Ugh. We have started to listen to Christmas music here. I love it. I'm searching for good kids christmas music thats fun. Anyone know any good CD's? I cleaned all day yesterday. I should be able to finish today so we can decorate tonight! Woohoo. :) I also need to finish going through my pictures and burn 9 copies of them on a DVD, make a cover, etc. I'm making my family a DVD for christmas with all our family pictures. I am also making my mom, my mil, my sis joy and maybe my sis Julie picture Calendars for 2007. :) Anyways I better go get dressed and eat breakfast n head out. BBL. I'm gonna try to come back and update more and leave comments. I've been very bad about posting here but I'm trying to change that. Anyways I hope you all had a great thanksgiving with your familes! :)

Update and Another Halloween Kit!

This Morning was a busy one! I got up early, 5:50am. Yuck! Then I exercised, got the girls ready, took a shower, got dressed, and then took Trinity to School. Afterwards I headed over to Starbucks and and got a coffee. Then went to Target and Albertsons to get some stuff, food, movies, etc. I bought The Little Mermaid and X-Men 3. Yay! I love those movies. After then we headed home to drop off the stuff that need to be in the fridge and headed straight over to La Jolla. (About 20 - 25mins away depending on traffic) I had a Doc appt with my surgeon. It was just a check-up and everything went very well. I dont have to go back to see her again for 3 months. So after the Holidays sometime. Then Novalee and I headed over to McDonald's so she could eat lunch and play. After that we went and got Trinity and then came home. Like I said, Very busy day!

Tomorrow won't be as busy but alot more fun! Trinity's Class at school has a field Trip. They are going to the pumpkin patch. :) Trinity is SOOOOO excited. Anyways, I'm one of the parent volunteers so I will be going to and I get to take pictures! yay! Anyways, I'm off to eat lunch I hope you guys had a great weekend!

Good Afternoon. :) Today as been a lazy day for me. I got up this morning, got dressed, got my kids dressed, got them breakfast, teeth brushed, and then took them to school. Afterwards I headed to my chiropractor appointment. I got my normal adjustment that I get every three weeks. My neck is starting to feel better now. I'm icing it now. I haven't been sleeping well because my muscles in my neck and upper back have been spazing out on me. Ugh. Then I got some coffee and headed home. Since then I've been playing on my computer instead of cleaning like I should be. Bad Jamie. lol Anyways!

I'm having a Creative Team Call. Info is below. :)

I'm looking for 4 to 6 creative scrappers for my first creative team! I require 2 Layouts/projects to be done with each kit, and a minimum of 2 projects posted each month. Requirements of the CT team are:
1. Have fun!!!
2. Do two layouts per kit per month (So if you get two kits from me do 4 Layouts and so on)

6:40am - Good Morning I think. Ugh. It took mt forever to fall asleep, I couldn't get my mind to be quiet. I think I finally fell asleep at around 12. Anyways, So my weight loss has been at a stand still because I've been being a bad girl ever since my surgery in June. So Starting yesterday I started to follow the tips below. 3:40pm - So I decided to go for it and start scrapping my designs. Good Morning. I woke up serveral times last night from my back hurting. Woke at 6 am and decided just to get up and get ready. I did try to get back to sleep but my back wouldnt have it. boooo! Gah, I miss sleep. I really need a sleep number bed but cant afford it. We finally got the settlement for my back and its really upsetting. They are only giving me $2500. Most of that will go toward medicals bills. I swear they cant put a price on the pain i was and am in and if they had to it should be ALOT higher! Argh. Anyways, I'm off to take my girls to school this morning and Try to exercise. Sometimes its hard around TOM because my back hurts worse. I might end up coming back home to work out, We'll see. Anyways, BBL

Busy Day

Today was a busy day. Got up and showered, got the girls ready and feed and then took Trinity to school. After me and Nova went to a few stores, then Storytime, and then we stopped at McDonald's to get Novalee some lunch. Afterwards we went and picked up Trin from school and headed to Party City where the Girls picked out their Halloween Costumes. :) Trin picked to be a Angel and Novalee picked a kitty costume. Both are super cute!

This is my newest layout. Credit - My Childhood Kit By Tania Matias. It was a great kit not very big but the pieces in it were great as you can see. This is Trinity when she was little busy making a mess. :) lol

I've been very busy lately. Both girls didn't have school last week and dont have school again this week. We/they have swimming lessons every day. They start their new school on the 28th. The open house for their school is the 25th on my bday. Trinity is getting excited about it but I don't think she realizes that her friends from her old school will not be at her new school. I really hope they both adjust well to the new school. I think the school will be great for Trinity. This year she is in Pre-K. Next year is kindergarten. This school is very literacy focused and trinity should be able to read and write quite a bit before finishing kindergarten there and then heading to public school. Although we are also thinking we may stick them in private school after this school. We haven't quite decided yet. Anyways, It's late. I'm off to bed.

I got out of my house today!! Yay!! Chrissy, Sandi, and I went and hit some scrapping stores. Chrissy has gotten me interested in paper scrapping again so I went to buy some new goodies. She is showing me lots of new stuffs and ways to save money so thats good. And I think i'm gonna really enjoy paper scrappin again. Gah Chrissy n Sandi gots to leave to go home soon, booo! I'm gonna really miss them. :(

I think I may be starting school once I'm healed. I plan at least at the moment to go to school for Medical Transcription. I will be able to work at home and set my own hours once I finish the course. I'd be going to school at home thru a online school at http://www.careerstep.com They are highly recomended and will help be get a job after I finish. I figure this would be good for me to have under my belt just in case something happens in the future where I need to work and all that stuff.Welps, Meds are kickin in n making i hard to focus on he screen, gonna go sleep now.

I had a check up today with Dr. Hollan and Sally her nurse. Well, Mostly Sally actually which is fine because Sally rocks. lol :) They said my incision (which goes all the way around my waist is looking very good and they couldnt believe how fast I'm healing. I tried to tell them I heal fast but yeah. I had 3 drains but today they took 2 out and also took ALOT of stitches out as well. Owie but I can actully move a bit easier now. I have another appt on Friday to take out the stitches on my backside and to check the last drain and prolly take it out too. I am now also allowed to shower without my garment, yay! This thing is itchy and hot and giving me a heat rash. They also told me I could buy a differant garment that should be more comfy and less hot, hopefully i'll feel up to going with Chrissy to get it today, we'll see. Welps, Im sleepy so i'm gonna go nap, I've been up all day n it has worn me out thats for sure. Maybe I'll go get the garment tomo morn instead. lol Laterz!

Trinity's Owie. :( I came home from the hospital n saw my baby's chin like this. It freaked me out so I made my hubby take her to Urgent Care to make sure she was really ok and didnt have a cracked chin. She is fine but it really freaked me out and made me feel bad that I was not there for her. :( booo! Bad Mommy.

Had my surgery on Monday Morning at around 8 am. I was real scared n had butterflies. i hate going under but yeah eveything turned out fine, Here I am being waited on hand and foot by Chrissy and Hubby and all I want to do is to be able to get up and do some kickboxing. lol Today I have my 5 day check up. I need to ask them for copies of my before pics so i can compare. I hope I get at least one of these drains out today too. I have about 6 quick pages I need to put up on http://www.scrap-me-silly.com along with my new kit I finished before my surgery.

The trip to Disneyland for Trinity's birthday was GREAT. I wanna go back n stay there. lol To quote Trinity from the bus ride to disney " Back to Disneyland I go! " LOL The kids had a blast and I loved having that time with them. I'm also glad that I got that time with Chrissy and Sandi. I'm going to miss them soooooooooo much when they leave. I really wish they could stay longer, but thats life huh. I better get going. Time to empty my drains.

I made this for a PSE class I'm taking. :) Everything on the page I made. Great Class, teaching me alot about PSE4 tools.

It reads "These sweet moments come and go so quickly. My babies are growing fast and I can hardly believe how big and how beautiful they are. They are my little girls now, so sweet, so loving and so innocent. Oh I wish these moments could last a lifetime. We bought these dresses at Mervyn's earlier that day to have their pictures taken in later but they couldn't wait that long! They loved them and wanted to wear them right away to show them off. So we let them and they looked so cute that I had to take pictures of them in their new outfits!Trinity and Novalee were so happy that they posed for me and in pictures with me! It was so cute. Trinity was walking around twirling around in circles trying to make her dress spin around. Novalee just kept smiling and laughing.I love small moments like this. It makes me stop and realize how truly blessed I am. I am lucky often to be the mother of these two precious girls."

This cute guy is my hubby Barney. This is the first LO I have done of just him. I really need to take more pictures of him and make more LO's of him. I love the way this one has turned out. Ain't he a cutie? :) The kit I used is called Mint Mocha by Sophia Davies. I LOVE this kit! I am already working on another layout using it. Thanks Sophia!

Well, I made the mistake on Friday and let the "sub" Chiro adjust me while my normal Chiro was on vacation. BIG MISTAKE. Now my back is hurting in places it wasn't before! I think I'm gonna be in pain for the rest of my life. Being as overweight as I was really did a number on my already messed up back. :( Anyways, Enough of me complaining. I'm gonna go eat my dinner and watch my shows. :)

Well After talking to a friend of mine she gave me a few tips about kits. So I went back and changed dpi, sizes, etc etc. All papers are now 12X12 and jpg. I fixed the stones with the words in the kit, etc etc. There was alot to change. I'm really glad I started a scrap group a while back that I'm in charge of. We run alot of challenges and it really helps to whip up some differant and interesting Layouts. Both of these layouts were made because of challenges. The pink mother one was a Quick page challenge and the yellow one was two differant challenges I combind into one. Weakest Moment

You Don't realize how Strong a person really is until you see them at their weakest moment.

It reads - Going from 370 pounds to 170 pounds is a experience I will never forget. Losing 200 pounds has changed and altered my life in every way possible. Not only did I get my life back, I was able to have my children who mean EVERYTHING to me. Every day I am reminded in one way or another what I have been through. It wasn't easy but having WLS has worth it because I'm worth it and so are my beautiful children. I'm finally getting the chance normal people get, to live a long, happy, healthy life.

Time goes by too fast. :( My Trinity is getting so big. She was sitting in my lap today and I couldn't help but to hold her like a baby and cuddle her and she said hey I'm not a baby! I said you will always be my baby and she got upset n told me that no she was not a baby that she is a big girl. lol She is changing every day. One of these days I'm gonna look at her and she will be woman. I just hope I'm a good enough mom to help her become a kind, caring, strong woman that I have tried to be myself.

I did this layout today. It's amazing how much they change in 1 year. The elements and paper are by me from my mellow kit.

Good Morning I think. I woke this morn from my neck and back hurting I got up anyways and I was going to go to the gym. I got ready, started gettin the girls breakfast etc etc. When the girls woke up I took one look at Trinity and knew my plans must change. I took both her and sister to the doctor. They both have a eye infection. Trinity has pink eye and Novalee has conjunctivitis. :( And if that isn't bad enough they both have strep throat on top of that. So after that we go to the store and get their prescriptions and go home. I go to put food in our freezer and apparently somehow it was off all night. So I had to throw almost everything in the freezer away and clean the freezer top to bottom because we had popiscles in there. Yuck. Very sticky! Then once I'm finished with that I take the garbage out and come back in to found out I started my period. What fun. NOT! Ugh Today has been a very yucky day so far, and I hope you guys are having a better day then I am.Oh I also found out that my car has $4800 total damage on it. They ordered the parts and should get them tomo and at the latest on Friday and then once they have the part it will take 2 weeks to get my car back. bah!!! Ok enough of me complaing!

This is my new kit. :) I'm currently learning new scrap techniques so the kit is a bit big but I love the colors. My next kit will be made using PS CS2 or PS Elements so it may take longer since I'm still learning those programs. Anyways if you would like this kit go HERE. Ugh. Ok Headaches are no fun. I have been going to bed with headaches and waking up with them. I have been having almost contstant headaches. Grrrr. I hate this. I haven't exercised since the accident either, but I don't care headache or not, Monday morning I am going to go to my kickbox class. Mhm I am. Although I may have to do the Stairs or exercise from home since I have yet another Chiro appointment on Monday at 10:30. Bahhh

Made this Layout today. It came out ok. Not as good as I hoped but oh well. This is Trinity. I can't believe how much time has passed so quick. My baby grew so fast into a beautiful sweet little girl. It makes me sad, before I know it she will be a teenager. Eeek!

The last couple of days I have been trying to play catch up on my scrapping. I have been using a scrap proggie with templates to be able to get more done to try n catch up. Its taking forever, the templates are not the best and I have to change them some but it works. :)

Good n bad news

I had another appointment with my chiropractor today. I had my normal adjustments and then after he showed me the x-rays of my neck. (That pic is not me but is a demo pic) So the good news is I don't have arthritis or anything else like that but he did find something which is the cause of my neck even before the accident, the accident just made it a lot worse. Anyways See where the arrows point to? Look really close and on the last bone in the neck you will see it has little flaps on it. well, that's normal, everyone has them but mine are different, they are longer then normal. Meaning that mine are longer so the gap underneath them is a good place for my nerves to get pinched. So lucky me, besides already having Scoliosis and curvature of the spine I have this. Ugh. No fun!

I also get to deal with the people's insurance company to hit us to try and see if I can get them to pay for all my extra visits and maybe even pain and suffering. We should be getting the info for that by Wednesday. Gah, accidents are stressful in so many ways.

So the good news is that now that we know this he can work on that area a lot more to try and get back under control with all my nerves.

Ok This is just weird. My neck keeps going back n forth from feeling ok to really hurting me and causing me headaches. It almost has made me forgetful. I go to do something and then completely forget what I was going to do. Very Odd. I have my Chiro appt tomo at 8:30am. I hope the x-rays show that nothing is too messed up.

Yesterday I did like 13 or more tutorials for PS CS2. It was fun to learn what diferance tools and options did. I really am liking PSCS2 so far. In fact I have been thinking about taking some classes to get certified later. I plan on going back to school soon and I have been into graphics for years from korean dolls, tags, IM letter, Tubes and now digi scraping. I think this is something that would benefit me a lot. Give me those skills I need to support myself just in case and also help develop my skills in graphic designs.

Yay, I'm slowly but surely figuring this all out. I'm just trying to personalize it inbetween icing my neck and resting. lol I have been using xanga but I think I like the feel and look of blogger better. :-) Now I need to add some links. So if I know you or you are a scrapper, let's exchange! :-)

I got my tutorial CD yesterday for PS CS2. I can't wait to get started on everything! Anyways, I better go, my girls should be waking up soon.
